Kyle started as a subcontractor in 2020, working on various projects from steel platforms to handrails. He began working full-time for Metalcraft Specialties Inc. in 2023 as our Shop Manager.
Kyle would say, “I was asked to help for about 3 weeks on a small job, and have never left.”
Jeff would say, “Kyle’s start here was similar to a stray hound. We put a plate of food on the porch, and he never left.”
Kyle has proven his fabrication skills again and again. He is certified in GMAW and SMAW in the shop. No tool, no equipment, no task is foreign to Kyle.
Kyle has a love for God and dedication to family values that are second to none. His leadership skills, handy work, and loyalty make Kyle the exact person needed as Shop Manager!
