Jamie serves as the heart of the company’s daily operations. She keeps everything running smoothly—from managing payroll, taxes, and contracts to coordinating with vendors and overseeing safety and quality meetings. Her attention to detail and strong leadership ensure that every part of the business, whether it’s banking, insurance audits, or DOT compliance, is handled with care and excellence. Beyond the paperwork and planning, Jamie brings a personal touch to her role—always ready to listen, problem-solve, and support every member of the team. Her dedication keeps both the office and the field connected and moving forward.
Jeff Sexton, Vice President, Project Manager, Fabricator & Welder
Jeff wears many hats within the company, balancing leadership and hands-on skill with ease. As Vice President, he helps guide operations by overseeing equipment, vehicles, and crew organization, while signing key documents and supporting decision-making. In his role as Project Manager, Jeff brings each job from concept to completion—planning, leading teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are finished on time and within budget. As a skilled Fabricator and Welder, he takes pride in quality craftsmanship, reviewing blueprints, cutting and assembling materials, and producing solid, dependable work. Jeff’s experience, precision, and dedication set the standard for excellence both in the shop and out in the field.
